Kentucky is one of the few US states which requires that the person taking the driver's test speak English, and this has made it very difficult for newly arrived immigrants to obtain their license.

This has in turn made it much more difficult to gain employment and start earning a living for themselves.

This database has been created to aid refugees in completing their driver's test, and obtain their full driver's license.
